WARRANTY POLICY

3 Year Warranty for silk comforters
This warranty covers any damages or defects caused by the workmanship or materials of this product for three years. It does not cover damages caused by mistreatments (failures to follow care instructions) of this product or by natural disasters. Silkqueen will exchange or repair the product under this warranty.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30day money back guarantee on all products sold on www.silkqueen.com


All products must be returned in their original packaging, and must be in new condition. In the event of a return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less shipping costs.
Please be aware that products with SHIPPING INCLUDED will still have shipping charges deducted from your refund, in the event of a return. 

Conditions
You may return your purchase of all Silkqueen products within 30 days of purchase.  However, we will not issue you a return authorization or issue you a credit unless the following conditions are met:

  1. You need to request for return within 30 days of purchase
  2. All returns need to be in the original package.  They were NEVER used and are in resale conditions.
  3. Products that are found with defects in workmanships, materials and therefore, are covered by our regular warranty policies can be returned for credit, exchange or store credit.  
  4. Products returned without prior authorizations will be rejected.

Our return procedures

(1) Contact us with your return request via phone, fax or email.
(2) You will be given a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
(3) Attach RMA# to package.
(4) Send package back to shipper (we will provide address).
(5) Credit is given when received, inspected, and processed.
(6) RMA# will expire 30 days from issue, so please send package immediately upon issue.

If you need to exchange merchandise because it is damaged or defective, please notify us within 1 business day upon reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A Cancellation fee will be applied for orders placed if the following criteria are met:

Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone with our sales representative.
Cancellations must be made the same day the order was placed, during business hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).

VISA / MASTERCARD - 2.5% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.

SHIPPING INFO
We offer free ground shipping. Free shipping does not apply shipment to Hawaii and Alaska.The shipping charge will be automatically calculated based upon your choice of 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air, NextDay Air
We do not ship outside of the U.S. Availability: Usually ships the next business day

PRIVACY
The contact information we require from all customers (like their names and email addresses) are used for our record only, we will use them to show customers the content that we think they might be interested, and to display the content according to their preferences. We use the contact information to process orders, and to use customer contact information to get in touch with them when necessary. We use all financial information exclusively for our products and services. We do not sell unique demographic information; i.e. we will not sell your name, address and/or email address.
